Amber is a seasoned teacher and highly-respected leader in the disability community at large. Her educational background is comprised of one bachelors and two masters degrees, and a national certification for rehabilitation teaching for the blind. Her professional background includes experience in speaking, teaching, coaching, and program design for people with disabilities. The BOLD METHOD
Amber created the BOLD method over two years ago and uses it as a guide for her 1:1 clients and workshops. With accountability as its cornerstone, the BOLD method encourages self-discovery to help clients break free from false narratives, while overcoming obstacles. Clients learn to live powerfully from a place of truth and authentically and obtain the tools they need to turn their dreams into a reality.
YOUTH SERVICES
Amber is delighted to offer PRE-ETS services to transition-aged youth. Services include job exploration counseling, counseling on transition and postsecondary education programs, workplace readiness training, and self-advocacy instruction.
ADULT SERVICES
Amber also provides adult services in the areas of personal adjustment training, work adjustment training, job search and placement services, and more!
WORKSHOPS & GROUP TRAINING
Workshop topics include professional communication, professional dress, job search 101, networking 101, college readiness, college accommodations, self-care, and self-advocacy.
AVAILABILITY
Amber is currently accepting new clients via hybrid models in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas and open to virtual services with clients state-wide.
